Debcare AFH is licensed under the State of Washington as a non-medical residential care facility and is made to house up to five residents. We offer our specialized attention and services to those who need additional care, experience health issues, or are no longer capable of living alone.

Our house is in a residential neighborhood ultimately creating a relaxed environment meant for socialization and fun. Our home’s size is just right to where residents can feel like a member of our close-knit community.

Management is devoted to and focused on operating our facility. Constant instruction is given to our caregivers to better care for our family at Debcare AFH.

Our household showcases a comfortable floor layout including an outside patio where our staff encourages movement and a calming, relaxing fresh breath of air for our residents. This specific location is extremely accessible and simple to reach for any visitors as well.

Our staff is trained to provide the highest standard of care for our residents. We believe in investing in the team by offering ongoing training and development to ensure they are equipped to handle any situation.
All of our staff are fully licensed long-term care professionals, with specialized training in DDA, Dementia and Mental health care. Additionally, they receive comprehensive training on the use of facility equipment, care plans, dietary restrictions, and emergency preparedness. All staff are trained in CPR and First Aid. We pride ourselves on maintaining lower staff turnover by ensuring our team receives the support and resources needed to thrive in their roles.
Our staff prepare delicious and healthy meals using fresh ingredients. We cater to most dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring that our residents receive the nutrients they need. We rely on grass-fed beef and use organic ingredients as often as possible. We encourage healthy eating but do not require it. Residents can put in requests and we are known to have ice cream and cake available daily.
